Privacy Policy & Terms

Your privacy is important to Multibrain, and we have taken steps to ensure the security and privacy of your information. If you choose to register for Social Media Day here, we will collect some identifying information - your first and last name, email address, organization, and your ID with that organization.

Your registration information will be shared with your organization to verify your access to Social Media Day. It will also be used to provide you with login instructions via email.

During Social Media Day, you may opt to vote in polls and submit comments or questions to our team. Your votes are associated with your account, but are not publicly available. Your comments may be selected for inclusion in the Social Media Day program; if selected, your name and comment will be publicly shared.

If you opt to submit votes, comments, or questions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, distribute, store, perform, and display this content and any name, username, or likeness provided in connection with this content in all media formats and channels now known or later developed anywhere in the world. This license includes the right for us to make this content available for syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication by other companies, organizations, or individuals who partner with Multibrain.

We store cookies required to provide functionality on the website; to remember who you are (if you are logged in), to anonymously track activity on the website, and to provide protection against certain security threats. Your data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted between your browser and our servers, and your data (and our backups of it) are encrypted when stored.

We store data in the United States via a cloud hosting service called Amazon Web Services (AWS). Anonymous tracking is processed and stored by Google. In the event of an error during your use of the website, we notify a service called Bugsnag so we may troubleshoot your problem. Bugsnag may receive your IP address as part of this notification. All of our vendors agree to comply with the requirements of the CCPA, GDPR and other privacy laws with regards to the data we store on their systems.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to opt out of sales or sharing of your personal information, to request access to and information about our data practices, to request deletion or correction of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We extend these rights to all users, regardless of California residency.

We do not intentionally collect information on users under the age of 18 or from the European Union. You must be of the age required by the laws of your country to participate Social Media Day.
